Cozy room, comfortable bed, with a super comfortable bed and a great shower experience, this hotel is also conveniently located just 23 km from the nearest airport, making it easy to explore the nearby Mercado and Jardin.

The bed offered exceptional comfort, making it a dream for restful nights. The decor in the room had a charming touch that added to the overall ambiance. Our request for a clothing steamer was addressed almost instantly, which was greatly appreciated as we prepared for a wedding. Additionally, the espresso machine provided for coffee lovers was a delightful surprise, fueling us through our busy days.

However, the dining options fell a bit short of expectations and could use a little enhancement.

We had a delightful night exploring Guanajuato, made sweeter by friendly staff and refreshing flavored waters. Rooms are quaint but watch out for pests and odor. Try to choose a room away from the courtyard to avoid late-night noise. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for improvement!

We had a fantastic experience with the staff who went above and beyond. I mean, when we ordered room service, it arrived promptly and the food was actually delicious. I still think about that dish. The rooftop was amazing, especially at sunset with the cityscape like a painting.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still worth the expense for what we got.

but the noise from the rooftop was really loud during my stay. the location was perfect close to everything and the staff were friendly always greeting us. the rooftop bar had stunning views and the drinks were delicious.

Our stay here was fantastic! We loved lounging by the outdoor pool and grabbing drinks at the rooftop bar while soaking in breathtaking views. The only hiccup was the sound from the rooftop area, which sometimes interrupted our peace, but it didn't ruin our experience at all! 🌅

The spa was fantastic and the rooftop views were breathtaking! However, the room was much smaller than expected, definitely not what the photos depicted. Would I choose this place again? Yes!
